We can only accomplish our mission if you're happy with the products you buy. So,
we've created a guarantee that takes all the risk out of shopping! We guarantee to refund your money for any product that isn't 100% satisfactory. It's that simple!
All goods shipped are insured and free.

Defects. UGG products carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. If you feel you have a defective product, please call us and a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you for the return. Once we have received the product and it is determined to be a manufacturer's defect, we will either exchange your product or refund your credit card. If no manufacturing defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer and the credit card will be charged for return shipping.

Exchanges. For items exchanged for another size, color or style, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (from you to us). We will pay the first reshipping charges (from us to you). Shipping charges for additional exchanges (both ways) will be the customer's responsibility.

Returns. For items returned for refund (for any reason other than manufacturer's defect), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.and 30$ will be charge for shipping fee!
